having the colorblind setting in the .ini kinda makes the functionality obsolete unless the serveradmin himself is colorblind and forces the alternative view upon everyone.
usually it's not the entire server that's colorblind and chances are bigger those who are, aren't the server admin.
Therefor i think the feature better fits as a clientside on/off switch of some sort.
(or just add a 2nd [CB] engram)
