I tested a max level giga, (max with vanilla values), with everything into melee damage and it was still only doing ~250 damage per strike against a wall with 100,000 hitpoints. Honestly, your best bet is making a base in single player and test with spawned in dinos as anything outside of vanilla values can have a huge impact on how resilient the walls end up being. From there you can use my health changes via ini system to find the sweet spot for what type of life you want on your particular server.
