Pillar and Curved Pillar Foundations don't require certain ground checks because of the long support beam. And since most of the top area of those cliff bases refuse to be counted as a suitable surface to snap to because of how large they are, the only way to reliably use them is with a Castle Foundation to start then everything else afterward being one of the two Pillar Foundations. I did forget about someone possibly wanting to start with a Curved Castle Foundation so I will add those to the exception list.
