Report a translation problem
Revert your save file to the one generated right before your update. This one is important to do after doing each step below so copy it instead of just renaming it. Every time you boot your server with a broken install it can wipe the db of everything from that mod so you need to maintain a clean copy for each step.
Verify that you're able to spawn and place items in single player then verify that your server's 539464369 folder, (my mod), is exactly the same as your client's. Many third party uploaders do not have proper error checking so my 1500 files will fail often with certain programs like Filezilla. When updating make sure you delete the entire 539464369 folder before uploading.
Try moving my mod to as close to first in your ActiveMods list as possible, (second if you run a custom map).
