Anything that can be placed on the actual ground will work on all 3 floors. I have tried to ensure all my pieces are compatible. Not sure why wc thinks you can't build a table and put it on the ground.

Best thing to do is to reach out to other mod authors and ask them to set items.
Allow placement on ground
Take anything as ground

The issue arises in the fact that I can't make all three floors "foundations." I have them set as structure floors, but ark doesn't recognize that distinction.
