Do you run the server or does someone else? If the mod is removed, the result is exactly as you would expect.

mod was not removed its in the mod list on the server setting list
and i run the server and own it

When everything disappears it just means that my mod hasn't loaded properly. That could be from a bad install of my mod, but could also be from another mod above it in the activemods list having an issue and can also happen randomly when the game updates if the db gets broken. If you've verified that all mods running on your server are using the correct files, (verified against the ones on your client that you tested in single player), then you might still need to revert your save file to the one that was generated the reset before you first experienced this issue.

I have actually been getting this same issue, it doesn't seem to play well with 'armor stands' as well as 'gate mod'

@Lord Sedriss: This mod only adds additional engrams and additional structures to place. If its working for most other people, the only things that can cause it issues are a bad install of either this mod or another mod, a breakage in another mod above it in the activemods list or a naming issue which would just turn one item into another.
