OK i went back and tried multiple times and removed that half curved wall, added a new one and then tried adding the curved battlement but no go, so i caned that idea.
Few screen shots below showing the changes i did.
So i changed the design of the structure a bit to work around this issue. I raised the wall up by adding a full wall hight all the way around and yes i could add the striaght and curved battlement all the way around the top. So that went good you can see in the 1st picture.
The second picture shows another shot of the roof where i placed a hatch so i could get to the roof. I had first placed a curved battlement and then ladder and upon climing ladder i couldn't exit to roof, character gets stuck. I then removed curved battlement and added a curved battlement with cut out. Then added ladder which only snaps to the sides of te hole in relastion to the hatch door so i thought. I removed hatch door and still couldn't exit to roof. You can see in picture a quater of the hatch door is blocked by the corner of the cut out curved battlement.
Been at this all night, tried hard to make it work so i could exit out to roof and upon trouble shooting this and making and replacing many pcs, trying different stuff it seems the only way to make this work with a full battlement around the whole top of the castle is to reconfigure the structual pcs or create a new curved cut out battlement just for the quarter hatch roof so the wood floor from the curved cut out battlement doesn't block the opening of the hatch or move the hatch opening on the quarter ceiling hatch pcs or maybe the easiest thing to do not to alter the ceiling pcs you have and just create a new quarter ceiling curved with hatch opening that would accommodate the curved battlements with cut outs.
My other thought was to just remove the curved battlement but i wasn't sure if the ceiling would fall and one of the reasons I didn't want to remove the battlement was there would be a pcs missing and the structure would look funny with out the continuos dental teeth running around the whole top. I also considered removing the curved battlement and placing a curved barrier but i only found a striaght barrier, if you could add a curved stone barrier that would be good for creating a tower or any structure where a person could put a barrier around the whole roof.
Anywho, not complaining at all here just wanted to give you a little feedback and the picture should help you to see. I think this is a fantastic mod and i am very excited to be creating all these awesome structures. I also wanted to ask if the fireplace in the vanilla smity can be used with your mod, all your fire places are huge huge huge, might want to consider making one that fits with in a half wall hight size.

Thanks, Mike
The bigger issue with the hatchway ceiling is that Ark doesn't like my mod. The game bases nearly every foundation calculation off of a vanilla Ark foundation's size and mine break nearly all of that code. So when this issue came up before, I changed the mesh and ladders would no longer snap to the hatchways because it was too far from the center of the curved foundation below. The same bug also kept the full round ceiling w/hatchway I made from making it into the game. I can look at the cutout battlement and see if I can't change that mesh to draw the edge back a small amount. If that doesn't work I will look at making another battlement altogether this week.
While the vanilla fireplace has a collision check and can't be inserted into the walls, it can be placed on my foundations and ceilings and is actually a perfect height so that the top is hidden in the Castle Ceiling above it.
