How does it work?`
Hey guys,

I subscribed to this mod, but i won't get it to work in either singleplayer or coop with my friend.

Can anyone help me?

To play the proper Realism mode, open up the mutation list via main menu, make sure the mutation type section is set to "any," and search for Zombie Realism.

You can also set the max players to "four" to help find it a little easier in the list.
