Valve wont add this due to the possible suit for copyright. 100%. But I really like the design.

You mean what Mario belongs to Nintendo or that was used by someone else's draft?

It's copyrighted material. Mario indeed belongs to Nintendo.
Valve insists on a work being original: your own art (you have to create and image and this image shouldn't display a character that belongs to another company)
