Remove Ha to from MP list , Add ha to 7 SP
Ho-Ri 1 to 9 SP from 10 SP.
Add type 89 light tank 2 SP
Add car type 45 100mp (jeep)
Chagne homeguard MG to 3 star accuracy

You gotta fix Homeguard. Considerably less powerful than the other 2SP inf units. Either buff up the MG's to 3 star accuracy or give the recruits 2 star accuracy.
