"splitting"/balancing imho does not work as expected
Hi,

my setup is as followed:

container 1 [TIM Ice:P1:1 Ore:P9]
container 2 [TIM Ice:P1:1 Ore:P9]
container 3 [TIM Ice:P1:1 Ore:P9]
container 4 [TIM Ice:P1:1 Ore:P9]

container 5 [TIM Ice:P1]
container 6 [TIM Ice:P1]
container 7 [TIM Ice:P1]
container 8 [TIM Ice:P1]


as far as I understood, it should place ice first in container 5,6,7,8 and at maximum 1 each in 1, 2, 3, 4.

Now I see that 5,6,7,8 are NOT full, and theres still more than "1" ice inside 1,2,3,4

I tried to have general "ore" containers, but without ice (since it seems that ice:p1:0 does NOT work)

but this does not work either. whats wrong there?
