Be sure to follow the complete install instructions, and on the server selection screen, checkmark the Server filter and checkmark 'Compatible with module' option.

The mod is currently in need of servers. The servers MOV_TF_1812_WA and
MOV_10thRM1812_NA mentioned in this post are no longer active.
