What this item set aims for???

Does it aim for a cyberpunk mvm style?

I think its based on MVM and the weapons are used for fighting robots.
(It'd be weird if there was MVM restriction weapons)

the contest/project tf2maps page it has to have a Robotic/Metal/tech feel, like robo crate hats
