Porky is correct, from the front page description, changed MaxAchaPoopStacks to however many stacks you want it to collect:

[JoanCollector]
MaxPoopStacks=15
MaxAchaPoopStacks=0
CollectInterval=40.0
IncubateDistance=1500.0
IncubateBoostMultiplier=1.5
BlockAutoCompostBins=false
CollectDistance=20000.0
SiloDistance=20000.0

see i have added this to my ini file and it takes them from the floor but does not store them in the inventroy, so where do they go ?
