The Black Flash???
Ok. so i understand the black flash but what does it do differently. I might be doing something wrong but it does the same thing as speedster. If anything i could RP by changing skin and lightning color. Does it do anything different?

From the description under features:
"-Become the Black Flash and erase other Speedsters"
I would presume that means that as black flash, you can kill people with the SWEP equipped.
