Go into the flashsettings and turn up the speedforce and while your running hold shift and g to increase the speed by 50%

wow this works very well on some maps i've been able to reach around 2300 mph which is about mach 3

yeah this is op ive managed 27000mph which is around mach 35 still dosent compare to savitars max speed which is around mach 88000 and the flashes max speed being around mach 87000 other than that one time which i dont think is cannon anymore where he basically teleport across space
