Slow Motion is choppy while holding shift.

sooo, I've been using this mode and the slow motion is really choppy, the rest of the game is smooth

Wow. This is the only post i've found so far with this specific issue I've been happening, and i'ts from 2017. In my experience, I get the bug only under around .40-.50 slow motion and only in multiplayer servers where I am the host. I tried it with my friend and my motion was choppy while his was not.
