What's with the Black Flash and Where's the Speedforce Meter?
I don't know what you can do with the Black Flash Option, you cant give others speed. So i don't see the point! Along with that why can't I increase the Speedforce Meter, i remember the older version of the mod you could increase the speedforce meter.

I think the BF is for multiplayer, you delete speedsters with leftclick. The seedforce meter is gone now but you can increase your speed with the boosters found under entities

well to increase speed is to actualy run it will increase the more you run tachions only work once so you cant spam tachions to go to max speed the also the you go faster the longer you run like cars
