Speed-ish?
Hayooo love your mod it is my absolute favorite! but i have one request and if it is made come true that would be awesome! if not its all good.

SO. i thought it would be a good idea to slow down the slowness a little more as an option maybe even make it to where everything stays still but flash ( the person with the swep on ) is still able to move as if everything was normal.

What i mean is really give control to what the slowness feels like to the player

go to utilities and then go to flash swep and you can change it at top (idk if im spelling something wrong btw)
