I am so slow now, and nothing can speed me up, how do I get faster, please?

i am only fast when im up against wall otherwise im always just at normal running speed pls help

Slow Motion is choppy while holding shift.

How do i fix my speed

I can only get to 9 or 11 speed and idk how to accelerate it, the entities for more speed dont work either, they just roll around the floor with no use.
