Pros:

+15 firing spead
On kill gives overheal
Cons:
Critical hits are now mini crits
-15 damage done
+15% damage vulnerabillity on player


+25% Swing speed
+50% HP on wearer
+15% Damage vulnerability on wearer
On kill +5% ubercharge rate (max is 20% ubercharge rate)

-50% damage
-60% Movement speed on wearer
-50% Primary ammo on wearer
Cannot heal teamate while moving

-Explodes after 3 hits
+Adds a random effect each hit (Bleed, stun, jarate, etc)
-80% damage penalty

It says cure so maybe it can do something when you hit a team mate, like the disciplinary action. Maybe:
On hit remove negative status effects for your team and heal 25 hp
On hit inflict mad milk on enemys
15% less damage


Probably underpowered, but something that helps the your team would be appropriate for the name idk, I saw humiliating as you just got saved by a stupid-looking syringe. (love the product btw)

It should make a hit enemy gain a slower movement and melee speed but the weapon would have -25 damage penalty and slower melee speed. I was going off of the theme of it being an enema.
