ocean deep crates??

hello i do have a question here.. does these beacons spawn deep in the ocean? cause i went to every spawn drop under the ocean and i found none the places i went to are from the gamepedia website ill post a link to all the cords i went to cause i found 0 crates in all the locations!!

They do spawn, i found one last night just swimming near my house.
