Do beacons spawn more rapidly?
I tested this in single player and live on my server. It seams more beacons spawn and spawn faster with this mod on the vanilla map. Other players on my server agreed.

Are we just crazy or is this truely the case? If so, is there a way to limit the spawn time of new beacons with this mod? Im running the server at difficulty 1.0

This is true, the default settings has a 0 for the MinItemSets. This gives a chance for a beacon to spawn, with nothing in it... which then will despawn before the player will see it. If you want less beacons try changing the MinItemSet to 0 on your beacons.
