Use with Digi's Realistic Thruster Mod
I've tried to use this to dampen out the rotation caused by the Realistic Thruster mod to no avail. Is it possible?

It might be possible, I haven't tried. Assuming the thrusters are laid out somewhat logically, and you let the script use enough gyros, then it should work. I might have to try this.

So I have tried this with a very close to balanced ship and it works great. When flying and manuevering the slightly unbalanced thrust is barely noticable. It only become noticable when you try to hover perfectly level. Then you notice that the center of mass is slightly behind the center of thruster and it slowly pitches up, very slowly. But when you activate FA, it levels it out and it's stable. Is there a way to make FA not only target perfectly level but maybe have a "re-center" trim so that I can press a button and now it will hold the current attitude rather than go to perfectly level with gravity? This way when I'm tiliting to do drilling or grinding or welding I can have FA keep me at a specific attitude/tilt rather than hold me level. Of course if I pick an attitude where the thrusters can no longer hold possition then I will begin to slide in that direction but that is on me.

Well this idea is no longer needed as there is a mod now that takes Digi's a step further and takes active control of thrusters to stabalize and unbalanced ship and hold it's attitude steady when you are not giving it movement input and then makes it fly straight when you are giving it movement input.
