Transfer Structure ownership
Is there still a way to transfer structure ownership using ACM? I've seen a number of youtube videos that demonstrate this, but the interface has changed since they were posted.

the console command: GiveToMe does that
I don't know if it requires 'admincheat GiveToMe' or just 'GiveToMe'

That doesn't transfer to another player, that just gives you ownership. We're referring to a way to transfer ownership of a structure to a player without them having enablecheats.
