ACM Bug Report Thread
Please do not just leave a one line response for issues and bugs. That helps nobody.

I need to know what happened, if the issue(s) is/are occurring on singleplayer, non-dedicated(this is the "host" option with singleplayer) or dedicated(local - on your LAN/network, or hosted - by a company) server games, when it happened and what was done/happening when it happened.

If for any reason ACM isn't working at all:

Navigate to your ...\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\346110\ folder and delete the folder 558079412 and delete the same folder and file from the ...\Steam\steamapps\common\ARK\ShooterGame\Content\Mods\ folder in your ARK client, then unsubscribe and subscribe again.

Run the ARK client again to force a clean download and install - if on a server then copy the new files over through whatever means you use for mod management.

Should the issue(s) still persist, perform a mod removal/install by deactivating the mod, starting the server/game, connect and force a world save in-game and reactivate the mod - ensure using the latest files.

Notes:

1: If you're in singleplayer or on a server without Admin Log To Chat enabled it is likely you won't see any errors with commands. The most common error is a syntax one where it thinks a variable is missing. If it's still not working type the command out by hand instead of copy/paste, or check that the command is entered correctly after pasting it.

2: It is unwise to solely rely on Hosts automated Mod updating tools, they have repeatedly been shown to cause issues with mods and that in conjunction with steams apparent issues lately is a recipe for disaster, diligence is key.

Works great-ish. On center map for about 30 minutes before I ran the scan me command. Everything looks great except the island map showed up while I was on Center!

for some reason my server wont show i have done a fresh reinstall,restarted the server the server starts the cpu boots up but memory does not start and also when you go ingame the server does not show up, so i removed acm from the server and started server and bam server went up and the memory and cpu started i did a fresh clean install using ftp after about 20 mins of playing i load acm and the only tabs that are there are info tab and settings tab for keybindings

running the following mods.
Structures Plus
Castles, Keeps and Forts
Ecos' Garden Decor

For the last few months, been having the issue where the ACM is unuseable. I get the pink "No Target Command Active" text and unable to use the ACM with shift F1.
It must have been server related, because it seemed to work fine on the local server most of the time.
I tried deleting the folder locally and on the remote server, unsubscribing from the mod and letting it re download, I tried all of the suggestions in one of the threads here where people were having similar problems. I have several server admins having similar problems... and one by one, they've stopped using the mod.

Then today, after the update, nobody could log into my server.
It kept giving us the "check your mods on the server for updates" etc, message.

Once again, I deleted the folder on the server and reinstalled... still the same problem after reinstalling it.

I spent an hour on the phone with another server admin who's had similar problems... to no avail.

I've spent more time trying to work bugs out of this single mod than all other issues with ark, maps and mods combined. So I've removed it from my server completely and unsubscribed from it.

Suddenly I have no more problems.

With any luck, one day I'll re-subscribe to it. But for now, it's quicker and easier for me to type a hundred-character string command than it is to try and use this mod.

I play on ragnarok with ACM until now it has been working perfectly (great mod by the way) but shift + F1 isnt working anymore i have seen alot of other people in the comments with this problem and i saw your comment but could you let us know when you can release a new bug fix or roll it back to a previous update if you can if you can't today then thanks for helping and making this mod

BUG: Cant find wyverns or any scortch earth/ Rag dinos to spawn in. Not in list? On theisland server my own

@Neltharion - You DIDNT install a totally clean install! YYou didnt foolow instructions. Simple solution... read and follow directions!


@Nono - You must not be using the command propertly. Try the toggle command first, then the scan command

I've loved using this mod and it has worked near perfectly until this recent update. I followed the directions step by step to get a fresh install both on my computer and on the server. I forced saved the server once it was up and running perfectly again to save the correct and updated settings. It works great throughout the first initial use, but when I log off and log on again later it goes back to the same issue everyone else is having. Upon opening the UI it only has the setting tab and won't let me change or customize anything. I have to do a clean install every time I log in. That's not productive for myself or the people on my server when I have to take the server down multiple times a day just to use this mod. If I have missed something please inform me. As I've done the clean install step by step and other suggestions listed in the comments.

sorry but it doesn't work for me too.
i don't speak english vey well so maybe i miss something.
I did:
-enablecheats password
-scan me command
it show "authorized" and "acm ready" but when I connect I can just see "information" and "settings". In the right corner there is nothing with access. How can I have access right and be able to spawn items.

When i chose to wipe a class or wipe dinos there is an overlay that asks for my confirmation, problem is that overlay is behind the UI and inaccessible to confirm

Server started up fine for me. I did have to do a second restart for the Players to show up and a couple other things didn't work on first startup. Everything seems to work for me now except the "Teleport to Player GO" Button
