How to Fix AutoGen Error in ACM it says no data on players and the Categories is empty :?

same here. i've running 2 servers, ragna & center. on center acm works fine, on ragna it's broken. both server have the same settings and mods, just an different map.

I have no AUTOGEN folder under ACM in /ARK_Survival_Evolved/ShooterGame/Saved/SaveGames/ACM/AUTOGEN
there is just a folder called SP

(Ich habe keinen AUTOGEN-Ordner unter ACM in /ARK_Survival_Evolved/ShooterGame/Saved/SaveGames/ACM/AUTOGEN
Es gibt nur einen Ordner namens SP)

I had the same problem, I reinstalled the mods without it working. I've tried using the scan toggle commands and scan me but nothing. I tried to travel by cluster and nothing either. The only thing that worked is to delete the Autogen folder.

I have simply deleted the autogen folder in my pc with the game open, I have put the following commands and it already worked correctly loading all the categories:
admincheat scriptcommand acm scan toggle
admincheat scriptcommand acm scan me

another solve? Doesn't work by deleting the acm folder (sorry for my english)
