admin whitelist issue - dedicated server

seeing as how ACM requires whitelisting admins.. one issue I'm running into is that my dedicated server is not showing anyone with admin rights as actually playing!

I understand this is an Ark issue and not a problem with ACM.. I'm just trying to find an efficient way around this..
