Okay so this is an issue I've been having.
There are some buttons and options that I would really like to use, like player stat modification, XP giving, and changing some of the command binding options.
For the life of me I cannot figure out how to ungrey those buttons. I've searched for answers and I either get youtube videos on how to use the buttons available, which I obviously have down pat, or other people asking the same question as me and not getting any answers.

Is there an ini option to change this? If so what is it and what file do I change?
Is it an authorization option? If so how do I go above "authorised". I'm playing single player and I would really like for every option to be available to me. :/
