Same here, Mod is installed on the server, iam admin and in the Admin List of the Server. Installed over Steamworkshop on my Laptop and restartet the Server and the Game on my Laptop. The Mod is installed, Server running again but the command doesnt work.

When joining the server in-game in the bottom right corner you should see a timer. If you log-in as admin (enablecheats Your admin password here) BEFORE the timer runs out ACM should automatically see you as admin. If you want to scan yourself with the acm command (The correct acm scan command is: admincheat scriptcommand acm scan me cheat scriptcommand acm scan me You have to be a server admin for this command to work, otherwise it would say: Authorisation failed) The command has a little bit of a delay, so if it doesn't work immediately wait for about 30 seconds. This works for my server, i hope this also works for your server. Do other mods work you installed (And have you ever installed an ark mod), or do you only want the acm mod? If the timer doesn't show up and the commands don't work; ACM is probably not installed correctly. If that's the case then I can help you further with it.

I use ACM because we travelled from an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ The Island server to a unofficial Ragnarok server (My server) because it's an unofficial server we couldn't take our dino's survivors and resources with us. With ACM you can just get it back easy. If we tried it via server commands the server would crash.

(You can activate acm by pressing: Left Shift + F1 then Left Shift + Right Click. If you want to get out of it, just press the X on the top right corner. Then press Shift + F1 again)

I am having an issue where everything worked fine on the first attempt. Played the game using ACM for a while and then the game randomly crashed. Toggles would not work so I unsubbed, cleared mod folders and reinstalled ACM. Now when I log in as admin and run the -scan me command... ACM enables, downloads, and says damage and movement is disabled then a few seconds later my game crashes every single time.
