Simple. Volt is a Speed Daemon...

Now since I got that cringey joke out of the way, Why haven't the devs added this yet? It has been on the workshop for a god forsaken long time compared to other things. We NEED something unique like this and might I just add it is damn awesome for Volt Speed Daemon! :steamhappy:
