How to use this mod if I have non-steam veriosn of the game (EPIC)?
Where can I download the mod?

I don't know if this will help, but the GitHub has the source code. I didn't see where the binary version anywhere, but maybe someone can compile it for you at GitHub that you can download and place in Appdata to use in the Mods Folder?

OK, I tried to copy from Steam's workshop folder to Google Drive.

Here's a temporary link. let me know if it works.

Place file in appdata (Unzip first):
C:\Users\MkIII\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Addons\Mods

Change MkIII to your windows username.
