Unable to tame
I am not having the lvl problem, all my tamed gods are fine, but I can not tame new ones. The torpor drops and they wake before I can even dismount my dino. I press "E" and they are up again.

I just got the mod and I am having the same exact problem. The animations play. I have tested it with both Gods and Goddesses.

i just tested this but i dont see it happening. Shot a lvl 112 elder blackheart godling to sleep using my ascendant photon rifle, 100k torpor asleep.
I've waited over 5 mins watching it sleep and it still has 107097 / 107470 torpor.
Seems like there is no issue from what i can see.

Perhaps you did not wipe exisiting wild spawns from your server after that patch fix for the stats bug. Please use a God Wiper item or use "cheat destroywilddinos" command to refresh new spawns, all old godlings are bugged.
