What are the best stats to level on a Cryo Godess?

I just tamed a 785 cryo godess and I have no idea what to level on it, shes more like a support godess no? so hp stamina and speed? OR is it better to level her as a fighter? Any help is appreciated thank you.

her melee damage stat will also increase her torpor ice breath attack. it will also increase her normal attack damage but her damage is a lot lower than the other godlings.
