Anyone know how to fix this Ark issue that keeps resetting my Dragon Godlings stats.

Going form 600,000 Health when i tame my Goddess to only 60,000 the next day hurts my soul.
Note my dinos spawn in high level, which explains why this dragon godling is so high level but i do not pass the 250 stat level ups that causes your stats to reset to base tame level. I only leveled up my goddess twice and its stats went far below the original tamed lvl

Im hoping this is something i can change like Maturation speed and how often a baby wants care. Also for any people on single player interested in this i can tell you how to change how much you harvest, how fast babies mature, and how to decrease your mating interval, etc. if you want to know.
