This looks exactly like the War Pig for Soldier. Might as well take the existing hat and make it equippable for Medic

I believe its the same model as the War Pig. I would recommend changing the top to kind of white cushion-type material, slapping a red cross on, and keeping the trimmings brown. I would also turn it more into a stalheim-type shape while keeping the goggles.

When painted, the brown trimming and medic cross would change color.
