Shouldn't be Paintable
I feel like the Paintable part covers too much of the Player to the point where I think players would have a hard time telling what team you're on. If I'd painted it some Bluish color like Zepheniah's Greed, I could probably go on RED and enter the BLU base and nobody would even notice.

The standard medic as well as this cometic's overcoat is still slightly tinted red or blue, as well as the gloves being red or blue, and the backpack. I think there's enough team color. :)

its not so difficult seeing difference between Blu and Red on this one to be honest. Only the inner shirt is colored. Look at Backpack and Gloves. You can then see the difference pretty easily.
