Howdy, friends. Author of the mod here.

Just wanted to start a discussion about possible changes, fixes or general improvements you think would help this mod go from okay to great.

More sanity from flowers

I was thinking that. I also was thinking of having him be able to craft a garland using less petals. Since he will have perks available only when insane. That way you're able to dip down, do the stuff, then get your sanity back up rapidly.

There should definitely be a way to turn into Flowey and hide from monsters when sanity is low, or be able to do this at will at the cost of sanity.
Maybe include one of his special attacks from the game?
Also, his last name is spelled with an extra "r" at the end. x3 But that doesn't actually matter

Hm... I'm not to sure about having him be able to go from Flowey to kid on command. I'm thinking about the idea of having him turn into Mega Dremurr when sanity is low along with an item to deal damage and stuff. I was just going to have him turn into Flowey upon death. On low health/sanity Im going to have him glitching over to Flowey though. I think it would just be oot for him to be Flowey whenever.

1.Heart Shaped Locket as an armour item, obviusly
2.Golden Flower Bouquet as a weapon that rots but heals over time
3.Old Picture, Hand Slot, Drains Sanity Quickly but Heals a lot of HP
4.Killer Beez Ignore Him, Cuz, he used to be a flower, just add it to the flowey form...
5.Souls For flowey form, Each soul sthenghens his abilitys, EG. Purple +max sanity
Blue +Speed ETC,
6. Red Soul, Revival item.

You should colaborate with the creator of the Sans mod. I honestly think the full undertale character group including Frisk should be added through mods.

If they want to do that, that is okay. But I doubt they would want to. They'd have no reason to collaborate with me since they can make the mods on their own ya know? I plan on continuing to mame more. A friend is working on Toriel atm. I'm going to keep on updating Asriel, and maybe do either Frisk, Alphys, Undyne or a non-Undertale character.

Maybe he could turn into flowey once hes killed enough mobs, maybe have a whole new bar for that (similar to Woodie and his werebeaver transformation). Not quite sure what would reduce the bar and stop him from transforming though, maybe picking up flowers? Hope this helped!

Hi! so i just noticed that when Asriel runs straight downwards, his ears tend to do a weird "skipping" animation, so you might just have to resize that or something. and as a suggestion, maybe his fur could be considered insulation, for winter? other than that, it's apparent you've worked really hard on this mod, and it seems to work pretty well! cheers for that! (oh also since there are plans for other undertale mods, maybe certain characters' proximity could raise or lower sanity? like aybe if Sans is within a certain distance there's an insanity aura. i'd talk to toxictester about it.)

I know about the clipping. It took many hours to get it where it is now, is was worse. I'm still trying to figure out how i would go about fixing that. And that is a good idea! maybe not total insulation, but as much as a cap maybe.

And that would sound like a good idea. If Toxictester wanted to do that, they'd be free to come talk to me about it. I can't just go and ask a modder to change their mod to be in compliance with mine haha.

Absolutely loved running about as Asriel- he's quite cute and the character-specific quotes you've put in are great. He's nicely animated, too. Thanks for all the hard work. ^^
I'd suggest a bit of cold resistance from his fur. I'd also suggest giving him higher healing rate since you want to focus more on defense rather than offense! Don't kill or be killed, after all. :P You can justify that with him being a monster. I also loved the idea of flowers granting extra sanity and bees being friendly due to Flowey.
I read above someone mentioned having an older Asriel transformation. That would be interesting and really fun, but probably a pain to animate/code and would require resources like 'soul taking' or such from killing monsters. Maybe give Asriel access to some of his older form's abilities when at certain sanity levels, since you mentioned you wanted to play with that a bit. Sadly it doesn't seem like eating Monster Meat would fit well... both since he's presented here as being fairly weak normally and since I've never heard of him (or Asgore or Toriel) eating anything but snails/pie.
Wow... it's actually really hard to think of more things to put up! x3 I can't wait to see what you do with this. It's already got so much potential!

I'm all for making Asriel transform under a certain circumstance! If you could do that in some way that would seriously be badass. I cannot wait to see the finished product! keep up the good work :DD
