If you go into options and then multiplayer, you just here the sound of the ringtone you selected being played nonstop. The options menus also seem to be missing a few things.

Nonstop ringtone playing bug is currently original game bug, that's not my fault :)
And options menus don't seems to be missing anything IMO.
If you can say what exactly is missing I will fix it.

You can just disable addon in specific options

It's missing the button to disable the holiday extras. I know it doesn't work at the moment, but you'll want to make sure it's added by the time it's been fixed.

theres a bug that crashes the game if you try to exit the advanced settings page when making a game to play
