Sorry Er just noticed this, yes it'll work on existing saves but the quest cards will only spawn in unexplored areas and on some fresh zombies :spiffo:

No problem.
Nice mod. In the future, if it is not implemented I might want to mod it so as to include some checker logic for when you really accomplish the challenges.
