Something is wrong with prison guard and shotgunners

Hello, i just put that prison guard suit on but my soldiers like prison guard and shotgunners they are not going to help me up the i found enemy, instead they go Elite , Soldiers , Shotgunners , Metro police.

And something missing is grenade throwing animation and bind for instead throw grenades.
