[CLOSED] Get the water supply back, but with a seperate water connection
The game cannot handle a sewage outlet and water intake in the same water connection(It does not work if the budget <100%). However if a water tower(with zero cost) and without any visuals is added the unit will both take care of sewage and produce water, I made a proof of concept here: are some visuals: https://ibb.co/gPUuaa

Atm at least we can't add subbuildings which have no stucture on them. That causes some huge issues which level out a whole tile around the building. I get you like having both, but I won't add it. It's too much of a hassle - looking at the number of people who never read the description and put this on polluted ground shows me that I'll have alot of people who won't know to do the two connections. ;)

But if you prefer that solution feel free to use a local version of the asset with the water tower on. :)

Totally understandable! Maybe I will create a completely new asset by myself, I've removed the modded one, however took some screenshots for inspiration(the water tower is at scale 0.05 and completely hidden): https://ibb.co/gPUuaa
