Warframe

Warframe

EXCALIBUR - ISURUS
General shape looks... out of place?
First, lemme say this: this is one of the best and most original designs.

But.
As with the OG DE alt helmets, they are a continuation of the style of the frame, the mostly organic shapes. It `flows`.
Now with your design, it does not `flow` as good as some others.
The neck does perfectly, its a great continuation of the spine. Its not the sharkfin either but
....uhh....
derp...
i guess
The eges are to sharp for Ecxaliber
xd

I quite like the sharp edges.

Excalibur is after all a master of the blade, and SPOILERS Warframes are machines. They don't need to look organic.

Yet they Focus (pun) on the organic side of thing. Yeah, I like it but also have to agree with Je. The fin raises a bit too high and goes a bit too far back, mayhaps?

I humbly beg to differ. Asthetically please, sound-looking from en engineering standpoint, it is where the flowing shape comes to an end. Why not a point? And "Excalibur" should have sharp edges.

This design is poetry in motion and I think it is ART of the highest order. Well done , sir (or madam)...listen not to these lowly plebs and their uninformed opinions.

Just Kidding lowly plebs..I always value your uninformed opinions :steamhappy:

I like this design a lot, but there is a flaw, the name. Excalibur's helmet skins normally are references to King Arthur stories for instance the Pendragon helmet is from his last name, and Mordred was either his half brother or a guy that wanted to kill him. Just a thought.

i really am tired of people like you disregarding other`s opinions as less veluable, and most certainly as uninformed, just to make you feel like your opinion on a matter such as art is superior.

Just chiming in to say that, fundamentally, I agree. I like the helmet, but it doesn't feel like an Excalibur helmet to me. Too sharp, not organic-looking enough, etcetera etcetera. Make of it what you will.

I have to agree. You can see "high-and-mighty" in the undertone of his message.

The helm looks cool, but it doesn't look fleshy enough to fit in warframe.

Idrc what anyone says this design is pretty sick and I'd love it in game if you ask me. :eli:

In my own opinion I love the semi-organic and machine look to this helmet!

Ok warframes are not machines , they are organic , just made of plastids , if they were not organic , the Tenno controlling them would not be able to controll them , also look at rhino primes index

This is for Equinox not Excalibur

I actually have to agree: this looks amazing, but it's too sharp and metally looking (while yeah, frames are made from organic matter)
