Why not "cp_festive_dustbowl" ?
It sounds better then dustbowl_winter. The festive weapons have reskins, why not the maps?

because there is nothing festive about this map- its just a reskin of dustbowl with snow and some miniscule prop additions.

this map should be called cp_dustbowl_event and used in halloween. It's even more empty than the original.
