ive done all the steps and it worked perfectly the first game...but from then on the civs and stuff just dont show up ? even tho i have everything in place and i can swap with AI thats USSR for example but just labels me as Unkown and doesnt give me a civ :/ i dunno what to do since i restored the back up and then i have redone the steps and cant get it to work
