Photon placement causes disconnect to ANY player using it

Players on my server have complained about photons causing them to disconnect after placement...I tested this myself and it is true..i place a photon down..i hear the sound of it being shot and i disconnect..not able to reconnect..When will this be fixed?

it sounds like corrupted mod files, try redownload and check the file sizes match
