DMCA Takedown
i think the takedown is because the people who originally made the map didnt want him to upload a copy of it to the workshop (It doesn't need to be copyrighted for the owner of the content to be able to file for a DMCA takedown) even though he credited the original makers but he didnt provide link to original or say who they were.

once you have subscribed wait for it to download then go into unturned and it should be where PEI, Washington and Yukon Are

I mean, the map also uses content literally ripped from the Fallout series, could've been something about that.
