Is it even possible with the mod tools to setup new autopsies with cutscenes and all?

We could create an autopsy technology fairly easily; we didn't because we would have had to find some benefit that it would set up, widening the scope of the mod a bit too much. As for the cutscene, I imagine it's possible, but it might be pretty difficult and require external tools, and it wouldn't have any Tygen VO. It's not something we've really investigated.

I would vote for at least some kind of differenciation between centurion and regular (higher price in black market does seem like an interresting lead)

It's really early for a new autopsy cutscene or project but yes given time (like a long time, like a "long war" time ;D) it's really an interresting idea for a final big modded version

is there an tier 3 for the grenade launcher?

Seeing as how the Muton Centurion already grants us 10 alloy because it's armored, how about use the old EU Muton Interigation bonus for this muton's autopsy unlock? In EU we got a research credit toward Plasma weapons for the Interigation, but how about instead of that, once we do the autopsy on the Muton Centurion, we get a research credit toward power armor? It would help lower the time to research it if we don't have it already. But if we do have power armor already, than the credit becomes extra resources. Think this is the best route to go IMO.

Does using this mod (or any mod for that matter) disable the achivements ?

How about a new Leader Armor for killing the Cryssalid Queen, Alien Hunters style?

As much as a would like a autopsy, it really is far too much work from what I can see AND i quite like getting as many bodies as i can handle since I have the "alien companions" mod that allows me to bring them into the xcom fold, but you need 2 of the alien (the one you want to create), 60 supplies and 40 crystals to make one (races being Viper, Muton, Berserker, Archon, Codex, Chrysilid and ADVENT Mech,) so it's good in throwing me lots of bodies and upping the difficulty to balance with my other mods.
