I would suggest maybe adding some snow around the higher elevated/northern parts of the map.

another suggestion is that add a cave to the side of the road that leads to northpass harbour

Add an island. Their should be a waterfall with a cave hidden on the other side. Once you go in the cave, their should be a booby trapped maze leading to the boss (Mega Zombies). But after you kill the mega zombies, their will be a small hole that leads in the ocean, under the island, and filled with loot

Ever heard of Negative Possibility Space? It's a simpler effort -> reward system in any game with exploration or any type of platforming. Having it can kill your game if it touches something vital, and it's close to this. Right now, I know that loot is scarce for a reason, but hard-to-reach areas should reward the player slightly more. Here are some problematic areas an, IMO, the ways to fix them.

1. Locked-down house in Queenstown

This house, I know, already has (spoilers) ranger loot and slight military loot. Fine. But for the effort it takes to loot about 3 ranger spawns and 2 militart spawns when there's a milli camp right in the city. The whole building should be accesible from the top, but should be swarming with zombies, rewarding the adventurous player with better ranger loot and maybe an explosives spawn.

2. Northpass Harbor in general

It's fine, but the crane needs 3 high-tier tool spawn, not 1. Also, withbuildables, it's possible to access a small platforn on top of the dock. This place should have high-tier/special loot, if you're gonna make this a thing.

I will modify loot spawns further to make the map more rewarding in hard to reach areas soon
Add some water subjects, i think ntis will be funy.
