Server is running a different version of the game.
I have the mod installed but everytime I try to enter server it says server is running a different version of the game.

FIX FOR THE MODIFIED VERSION ERROR:
To those that are trying to PLAY on servers and getting the "modified version" error, try the following;
1. Unsub all content + maps
2. Delete all local files in both workshop folders
3. Delete local files from steam game library Unturned
4. Reinstall Unturned
5. Reinstall required mods and maps
6. Verify integrity of game cache in library - Unturned - properties - Local files
7. Restart Steam
8. Play!

Some people only need to resub to the mods, others need to carry out the whole fix. Its a Steam issue.

ez, the issue is not Modified version, it is Different version, what version (for example 3.0.0 or whatever) is the server running? is it up to date?

@Gangster, there may need to be fixed some files on the server, I will talk to the owner.

There were some issues with the setup on the server. The map is being served from a different IP now. Just look for "SGT. SLAUGHTER" server in public server list.
